LAYAWAY
Layaway is available in the form of split payments for items over $350. To set up a layaway program, please email me at magpiewestleatherco@gmail.com.
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped and tracked via USPS. I try very hard to have ready-to-ship items in the mail within 1-7 days of purchase, however, I live in a very rural area and sometimes am only able to get to the post office once per week. Some orders may take up to two weeks to ship.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number for your item(s) will be provided via email when shipped (note - sometimes I print my labels a few days ahead of making the trek to the post office, so if they are not actively tracking for the first few days that is the reason). Orders over $100 are insured & orders over $500 include signature confirmation. 

If your package happens to be lost in transit and is confirmed lost by USPS, the insurance claim will be filed you will receive a refund. If USPS tracking shows a confirmed delivery but you did not receive the piece, unfortunately it is completely out of my hands and I am not able to offer refunds or replacements.

 

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Product must be in original and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once item is received and inspected.

Tees may be exchanged for a different size, as in-stock inventory allows, OR store credit. Please read full product description before ordering so you are aware of sizing details!
